AMD Answer 76203
Each RPU processor has a DBGDRAR register that contains the address of
the CoreSightâ„¢ root ROM table. However, reading this register returns an incorrect
address of 0xFE800003. The correct address it
should return is 0xF0800003.
Attempting to access the CoreSight root ROM table with the incorrect address causes the RPU processor to take a software exception. Any software running on the RPU processor that relies on this register to access the CoreSight ROM table is impacted, typically self-hosted debug software.
This issue will not be fixed.
