AMD offers a parameterized modules library (XPM). The XPM IPs are accessible in the Vivado Design Suite through the language templates and include IP for memory, FIFO, CDC, and the NoC. In the Language Templates pane in the Vivado tools, search on XPM to see the full list of offerings.
