The OSPI flash memory is mapped starting from 0xC000_0000 and continuing up to the size of the attached flash memory.
Memory Protection
The OSPI controller includes registers that can write protect a range of this memory address space:
- WProt_Lower
- WProt_Upper
- WProt_Ctrl
The upper and lower settings are defined in number of blocks; the block size is defined by the Device_Size_Cfg register. Please refer to the register reference for more information.
