In OSPI boot mode, a single OSPI flash (8-bit data bus configuration) or a dual-stacked OSPI flash (8-bit data bus configuration) can boot the device.

Boot Mode Setups

The following table lists the OSPI boot mode setups that are supported.

  1. When using OSPI dual-stacked mode, the BootROM can only access the lower OSPI addressable flash memory space for boot. After boot, the PLM can access the upper OSPI for additional image storage.
