- The XP IOL block provides both SDR and DDR logic.
- IODELAY provides internal delay support of at least 3.6 ns on input (when
cascaded).
- IODELAY provides internal delay support of at least 1.8 ns on output.
- Unused XPHY I/O within the nibble are available to the XP IOL.
- IODELAY must use the input ports to dynamically select the delay
tap. DELAY_VALUE is not supported.
