IOSTANDARD	MIPI_DPHY	Assigns an I/O standard to the element.

Port	I/O	Description
O	Output	Output connected directly to P-side top-level output port.
OB	Output	Output connected directly to N-side top-level output port.
HSTX_I	Input	Data input from the p-side NIBBLESLICE (OBUFDS_DPHY) or n-side NIBBLESLICE (OBUFDS_DPHY_COMP) (HS TX) For OBUFDS_DPHY_COMP, HSTX_I must be connected to O1 (XPHY). XPHY data from the D1 input is serialized to differential outputs. A logical Low results in O being Low and OB being High.
