To recover any inadvertently deleted
downloaded documents outside Documentation Navigator, perform the following:
- Click the Download Manager. Each time the Download Manager is open it checks if downloaded documents are missing and adds them to the list of documents to download.However, the Download Manager only checks the downloaded documents currently displayed in the Grid View.
- Right-click a downloaded document in the Grid View and select the Delete Downloaded Documents menu item.
- In the dialog, select Delete All Missing Documents radio button. All the missing downloaded documents across the whole catalog are deleted.
- After the documents are deleted and the status indicates that they are web based documents, then download them again.
