- Status: The button displayed next to the document title indicates the
status of the document.
- Click Download to download and view the web-based document from the PDF Viewer Tab.
- If the document is already downloaded and is current the button displays Up to date.
- If the version of the document on the Web is newer than the downloaded document, click Get Update to download the latest version of the document.
- To return to the Catalog
Viewer without closing the current document, click the
icon.
