The following methodology is defined to steer the system partitioning analysis activities:
Requirements Gathering – An analysis step to compare system/algorithm requirements against device resources.
Solution Synthesis – A conceptual step to identify possible solutions based on specific partitions and their resulting data flows.
Partitioning Validation – A feasibility assessment driven by detailed analysis and prototyping to identify shortcomings and reduce risk.
Iterate to System Feasibility – Revise, rework, and re-envision until a suitable low-risk solution is identified.
