The MATLAB folder tree includes both the HIL folder and the SYSTEM folder. The latter is not used for the HIL system and contains golden system and MUSIC models. A copy of the MUSIC models is located in the HIL folder and is used by the HIL system. So the HIL folder is fully self-contained.
