To build and run the GeMM tutorial (AI Engine and HLS implementations), perform the following steps:
Install the Vitis Software Platform.
Obtain licenses for AI Engine tools.
Follow the instructions in Installing Xilinx Runtime and Platforms (XRT).
Download and set up the VCK190 Vitis Platform.
