10.5. AOCL-RNG Programmer’s Guide

AOCL-RNG mainly consists of two main classes of generators namely Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNG) and Quasi-Random Number Generator (QRNG). This library also provides cryptographically-secure generator based on AMD hardware. Furthermore, customization is possible to use a custom-built generator provided by user. These are commonly called Base Generator (BRNG).
