The highlights of this release are as follows:
New Test Framework
- New test-suite covering C, C++, and Fortran interface.
- Python based automated validation of build artifacts.
Build System Enhancements
- Enabled enable_aocl_blas as the default in all presets for the best performance.
- Extended AMD_CONFIG to enable selection of AMD architectures for AOCL-Data-Analytics and AOCL-Sparse.
- For AOCL-Data-Analytics, it maps zen/zen2 through zen5 to znver2 through znver5, with amdzen using dynamic detection.
- For AOCL-Sparse, it controls AVX-512 build-time paths—disabled for zen/zen2/zen3 and enabled for zen4/zen5/amdzen.
