By default, AOCL-Cryptography will take latest AOCL-Utils from amd/aocl-utils build and install it. But if needed custom installation path of AOCL-Utils can be provided -DAOCL_UTILS_INSTALL_DIR=/path/to/aocl-utils/install/directory.
