AOCC is a high-performance x86 CPU compiler for C, C++, and Fortran programming languages. It supports target-dependent (x86 targets, especially AMD processors) and target-independent optimizations.
AOCC leverages LLVM Clang for the compiler and driver for C and C++ programs. Flang is the compiler and driver for Fortran programs. Clang supports 32 and 64-bit targets while Flang supports only 64-bit targets.
