AOCC includes many optimizations for independent and dependent targets. Specific
optimizations are made default when you use an optimization level O3 and above. You can read more about these in Command-line Options.
Some optimizations need a whole program analysis and are enabled under Link Time
Optimization (LTO) using -flto. The AOCC preferred
linker is LLD. See LLD Linker for using LLD in the
compiler driver.
