Impacted Device Workarounds:

If SCAN_CLEAR_EN is required, or if the device is affected by default due to the date code (before 2618), choose one of the following mitigation options:

Option 1: If pull‑ups are acceptable on all SelectIO

Set (PUDC_B = Low)

Option 2: If SelectIO must remain low during initialization

Ensure SelectIO HDIO/HPIO pull-down resistors are strong enough (typically, <= 5.1 kΩ suits most interfaces; see examples and equations below)

Ensure SelectIO XP5IO pull-down resistors are strong enough (typically, <= 390 Ω suits most interfaces; see examples and equations below)
