If the symptoms described above are observed in the design, it is required to upgrade Vivado to a Version that includes the fix, or apply the attached Vivado patch. Patches are attached for 2024.2, 2025.1, and 2025.2 releases.
The solution is an update to the following attribute:
- CHx_CHCLK_CFG1[12] = 1'b1
The patch applies the fix to the GT wizard, where the default CHx_CHCLK_CFG1[12] is changed to 1'b1, for line rates above 22Gbps NRZ.
