Note: The "Version Found" lists the version the problem was first discovered. The problem also exists in earlier versions, but no specific testing has been performed to verify earlier versions.
This design advisory covers a Versal GTM ILO lock issue with the following symptoms:
- RXUSRCLK runs slowly.
- Link speed runs slowly, proportional to the RXUSRCLK frequency.
- TXUSRCLK runs at the correct frequency.
Impacted designs:
- An attribute change applies to designs above 22Gbps with NRZ modulation.
- Issue is mostly seen at 28Gbps and above. For lower line rates, no change in behavior is expected.
- PAM4 designs are not affected.
