Before starting to exchange device status and update between the web console and the UART, a handshaking sequence must occur. The following handshake sequence occurs:
The web console repeatedly sends a synchronization signal.
When received, the MicroBlaze V processor repeatedly sends a synchronization signal.
After the web console receives the synchronization signal from the MicroBlaze V processor, it sends an acknowledgement signal.
The MicroBlaze V processor then sends a last acknowledgement signal.
After the handshaking sequence completes, the MicroBlaze V sends the status of each device to the web console.
