The MMCM <cell_name> has an invalid
COMPENSATION property value relative to the connection of its feedback loop. If the
feedback loop goes outside the FPGA, the property should be set to EXTERNAL. If the
feedback loop is internal to the FPGA, the property should be set to ZHOLD.
