A bus skew value lower than half of the source or destination clock period, or less than
1 ns, is overly aggressive. While bus skew timing can be met by adding routing delay
during route_design, meeting such a target can significantly increase
runtime, lead to unnecessary routing congestion, and in some cases be impossible to
achieve.
