The set_max_delay command with the -datapath_only
option removes clock skew from the setup slack computation and ignores hold timing. This
option is intended for asynchronous signal timing paths that:
- Do not have a clock relationship
- Require maximum delay constraints
It is not recommended to use this constraint on synchronous paths.
