You can provide compiler flags for the PMU firmware application. For
example: -DENABLE_IPI_CRC to enable CRC check on
IPI messages.

Added Extra Compiler Flags
From 2023.1, you are provided with extra pmufw compiler flag configuration in petalinux-config.

PMUFW BSP extra compiler flags option can specify multiple BSP flags separated with
space. For example: DXSK_ACCESS_USER_EFUSE for enabling USER EFUSE
access.
