Evaluate whether the multicycle constraint is required. If the multicycle path
constraint is added to adjust the path requirement in WAVEFORM mode,
the constraint most likely needs to be removed in LATENCY mode. The pin
phase shift behavior can also be reverted by setting
PHASESHIFT_MODE=WAVEFORM on the clock modifying block.
