With the elaborated, synthesized, or implemented design open, you can use the command to open the Edit Device Properties dialog box (shown in the following figure) in which you can view and set device configuration and bitstream-related properties. This command is available only when a design is open. For information on each property, see the link in the Vivado Design Suite User Guide: Programming and Debugging (UG908). For information on setting device configuration modes, see this link in the Vivado Design Suite User Guide: I/O and Clock Planning (UG899).
