On the synthesized or implemented design select to open the Edit Device Properties dialog as follows.
On the synthesized or implemented design, from Flow Navigator, select (Settings → Device Image on Versal® Devices ), and click the Configure additional Bitstream Settings link to open the Edit Device Properties dialog as shown below.

Use the search field in the upper left of the dialog box to search for all SPI or BPI related fields and select the appropriate option settings. See Device Configuration Device Image or PDI Settings for the device configuration settings.
