Yocto recipe provides pmu_rom_qemu_sha3.elf file and which
will be part of both images/linux and prebuilt folder. petaLinux-boot command will use the elf file from the respective folder
based on the command.
Template flow users do not need to copy .elf file specifically into the project prebuilts folder.
