Upon configuring the device, the memory interfaces are visible in the Vivado Hardware Manager.
Memory calibration content are shown in a a debug interface that can be used to very quickly identify calibration status, and read and write window margin. This debug interface is always included in the generated Memory Interface (UltraScale™, and UltraScale+™) designs.
