After synthesizing your design, you can open the synthesized design to view the debug cores and modify their properties. Open the synthesized design by clicking Open Synthesized Design in the Flow Navigator, and select the Debug window layout to see the Debug window that shows your ILA debug cores connected to the debug hub core (dbg_hub) (see the following figure).
