On the synthesized or implemented design select to open the Edit Device Properties dialog as shown below
On the synthesized or implemented design, from Flow Navigator, select , and click the settings Configure additional bitstream link to open the Edit Device Properties dialog as shown below.

Use the search field in the upper left of the dialog box to search for all SPI or BPI related fields and select the appropriate option settings. See Device Configuration Bitstream or PDI Settings for the device configuration settings.
