After loading a design, you can use the command to edit programming and configuration properties. In the Edit Device Properties dialog box (shown in the following figure), hover the mouse cursor over the property values to see the associated constraint property name. For example, the Enable Bitstream Compression property is associated with the BITSTREAM.GENERAL.COMPRESS constraint.
