This message is displayed when the Launch Waveform setting is disabled or not available in xrt.ini.
Resolution
To enable higher visibility, enable Launch_waveform using one of the following commands:

launch_waveform=batch OR
[Debug]
launch_waveform=gui If the waveform does not display, compile the kernel with the -g option.
