The petalinux-boot --qemu
command boots
the
MicroBlaze™
CPU,
Zynq®
UltraScale+™ MPSoC,
Versal®
ACAP, or Zynq-7000 devices with a PetaLinux image
using the QEMU emulator. Many QEMU options require superuser (root) access to operate
properly. The --root
option enables root mode and
prompts you for sudo credentials.
Note: For Versal ACAP, you require BOOT.BIN to boot on QEMU. Check petalinux-package on how to create BOOT.BIN for Versal ACAP.
