The following changes were made to the DTG settings:

  • Provide the extra device tree path in petalinux-config > DTG Settings > Extra dts/dtsi files menu with absolute/full path to build as part of the device-tree and deploy into /boot/devicetree.
  • Earlier petalinux-config > DTG settings > Devicetree flags used the CONFIG_SUBSYSTEM_DEVICETREE_FLAGS="-@" configuration. The new configuration is CONFIG_SUBSYSTEM_DEVICETREE_COMPILER_FLAGS="-@".
