There is one interrupt line from the VCU core to the PS (vcu_host_interrupt). This interrupt has to be connected to either
PL-PS-IRQ0[7:0] or PL-PS-IRQ1[7:0]. If there are
other interrupts in the design, the interrupt has to be concatenated along with the
other interrupts and then connected to the PS.
