Gets all output tensors of runner.

Returns
All output tensors. A vector of raw pointer to the output tensor.
Usage
Each element of the list returned by get_output_tensors()
corresponds to a DPU runner output. It has a number of class attributes which can be
used like:
outputTensors = runner->get_output_tensors();
for (auto output : outputTensor) {
output->get_name();
output->get_shape();
output->get_element_num();
}
