This subsystem adheres to the
following standards:
- IEEE 802.3-2018 standard for10GE, 25GE, 40GE, and 100GE Ethernet MAC rates
- IEEE 802.3cd-2018 relating to 50GE and 100GE
- IEEE 802.3-2018 Clause 99. MAC Merge sublayer
In addition, the IP supports the 25GE Ethernet Consortium Schedule 3 specification for 25GE and 50GE.
