BurstMax must be greater than or equal to BurstShort. BurstMax can be
set to 256, 512, 1024, or 2048 bytes by programming the c0_ctl_tx_burstmax register field of the CFG_C0_TX_MAIN_REG register
accordingly.
The required value of BurstMax must be matched by the link partner.
